Size Alteration: Upon receiving Cassie Lang's Pym Particle-saturated heart, Darren Cross gained the ability to alter his size.
Nucleorganic Pacemaker: The nucleorganic pacemaker mutated Darren's body to and gave him superhuman abilities. A side-effect of the mutation was that Darren quickly overused and burned out his heart, leading to his temporary death. Darren no longer has his Nucleorganic Pacemaker, but his mutation still persists; he has the following range of abilities because of it:
Superhuman Senses: Darren is able to hear and see insect-sized targets and interact with them with precision.
Enhanced Strength: Darren is stronger than a normal human, but to which extent is not known.
Regenerative Healing Factor: Darren is able to heal from potential life threatening situations.

Yellowjacket's Suit: A prototype battlesuit designed by Hank Pym and stolen by Cross after raiding the miniature lab contained within Ant-Man's Helmet.
Size Reduction and Density Compaction: With exposure to Pym Particles, Cross can reduce the space between his atoms reducing his size and increasing his density.
Yellowjacket's Sting: Yellowjacket's Suit could generate powerful bio-electric blasts. The exact power source and upper limits of this ability are unknown.
Flight: Yellowjacket's Suit was equipped with some type of rocket or jet propulsion system. However, this was primarily used for short distance flight and hovering. It remains unclear if this system could sustain long distance flight.

Lack of Control Over Powers: Cross can not control his size-alteration powers since they are triggered by the emotional state he is currently in. He grows bigger when angry and shrinks when he becomes calmer.
Heart Condition: Darren was diagnosed with a rare heart condition. He used his own technology to create an experimental nucleorganic pacemaker to save his life, however if he over exerts himself, he would be at risk of burning his own heart, shown in his apparent death.
