During her fight with Mammoth she was able to hold her own in the fight even against the much stronger colossus and even managed to break some of his teeth with a punch to the mouth. During her period under the Batman Who Laughs control she casually grabbed Steel's Kinetic Hammer after it had been thrown against her and lounched it with enough strength to harm Miss Martian and later she displayed enough brutal power to restrain and even hurt the mighty Superman.

Superhuman Durability: Donna possesses higher durability than common Amazons and can resist impacts that would easily kill normal humans, during her fight with Mammoth she took many blows from the powerful man and survived with only bloodied lips. Despite her great durability she still has limits and attacks of sufficent power can cause great injury or even death as proved by that time when a Superman Robot killed her with a blast of heat vision.
