Powers & Abilities[]
- Divine Empowerment: Freddy's powers as Captain Marvel are facilitated through seven entities of legend who are affiliated through the Lords of Magic. Unlike prior incarnations of Captain Marvel, however, the blessings of the gods are facilitated directly from the source rather than the Wizard Shazam. Much of his powers are heightened from his previous level when formerly facilitated through Captain Marvel and the Wizard Shazam. He lost these powers during his battle with Osiris.
- Transformation: By saying "SHAZAM", Freddy can switch between his normal form and empowered form.
- Wisdom of Solomon: After passing a trial from a reincarnated version of Solomon, he is granted a portion of the Wisdom of Solomon, enhancing his intellect to a higher level, through a magical tattoo only present on his transformed form.
- Multilingualism: After using the wisdom, he was able to understand Yiddish and ancient magical languages.
- Occultism: Like the other Marvels, the wisdom grants Freddy an encyclopedic knowledge of the occult, one that seemingly rivals Zatanna's own.
- Strength of Hercules: Freddy won the strength of Hercules from his trial, being granted a level of his incredible superhuman strength.
- Healing of Apollo: Freddy was granted a level of Apollo's power after passing his trial, which acts as a similar substitute for the stamina of Atlas. Apollo's healing abilities includes healing himself of wounds rapidly and those the Courage of Achilles cannot counter
- Toxic Immunity: Apollo's power allows Freddy to purge his body of toxins and poisons.
- Power of Zeus: Freddy was granted the power of Zeus from the deity himself after passing his final trial. It's assumed that he was granted the same powers as before, giving him potent magical potential and works in the form of lightning.

- Courage of Achilles: Freddy was granted an aspect of the Courage of Achilles after passing one of his trials when he posed as "Lieutenant Alverez".The courage of Achilles granted Freddy near-invulnerability which was capable of making him bullet proof.
- Speed of Mercury: Freddy was granted the speed of Mercury. Prior to the change of the source of his powers, he exhibited speeds enough to be considered hypersonic.

- Magical Tattoo: Freddy was granted a magical tattoo which grants him access to various magical realms. The visual representation of the tattoo can only be seen in his powered. It also fascilates a connection to the Wisdom of Solomon.
- Charisma: Freddy is an incredibly likable person who gains friends and romantic partners quickly. Billy once remarked that he had many girlfriends at once.
- Indomitable Will: Through his force of will, Freddy forced himself to wake up from Dr. Morpheus's black-smoke induced illness, which killed three other men before him. Even without the stamina of Atlas, he withstood Solomon's soul tattoo, which killed most who bore it. He even managed to undergo the burden of Atlas, which had him go through literally every issue on Earth and try to solve them, millions of them at every given second, albeit only managed to perform this for three minutes before breaking down in tears.
- Stick Fighting: Freddy is a fairly proficient in using his crutches as weapons in low-level conflicts.
- Firearms: Freddy accompanied Achilles into battle in Qurac in which he steadily grew better at using firearms in a combative setting. Achilles remarked that his courage would help Freddy 'find his aim'.
- Military Protocol:Prior to his injury, Freddy possessed abilities as a normal human being:
- Athletics: Freddy was the star player for the Binder High Marvels, so much so that he was considered so good, that the rest of the team didn't need to participate. He was also a football quarterback.
- Swimming: Freddy was a skilled swimmer and saved Captain Nazi from drowning.
Prior to losing his powers, Freddy possessed the following abilities when transformed:
- Skilled Fighter: When transformed, Freddy is an incredibly formidable hand-to-hand combatant who had an instant mastery of several skills in fighting. Even with his skills removed by the gods, he was still capable of holding his own against Sabina, an incredibly skilled warrior, though was quick to admit that he was outmatched.
- Swordsmanship: His trial to gain the favor against Apollo was to defeat the god in a sword fight. Though he ultimately failed (winning his favor through his heroism and compassion), he still held his own.

- Power Instability: When sharing the power with the Marvel Family, Freddy's power level is dependent on how many of them are transformed due to drawing their power from the same pool source. When all are transformed, he holds only 1/3 of the power of Captain Marvel, as does everyone else.
- Vulnerability to Electricity: Powerful sources of electricity can disrupt Freddy's transformation, reverting him back to normal; Adversaries such as Chain Lightning have proven to be dangerous due to this.
- Vulnerability to Magic: Certain magics have proven to be determent to him; the similarly Power of Isis proved to be a force capable of depowering him.
- Osteonecrosis: Freddy suffers from bone death due to his body's poor blood supply.
- Paraplegic/Restricted Mobility: In his normal human form, Freddy has limited mobility due to his lame leg.
