Background[]

Real Name: Abner Krill

Powers & Abilities[]

  • Weaponized Polka-Dots: After being exposed to an inter-dimensional virus by his mother, Abner Krill gained the ability to grow multi-colored polka-dots and glowing bulges on his body. With the help of his gauntlets, Krill was capable of projecting the multi-colored, incendiary dots with his hands to attack his enemies, disintegrating anything or anyone they touched.

  • Mechanical Engineering: Krill was an experienced engineer, being able to construct his uniform and a pair of advanced technological gauntlets that help him project his polka-dots.

Equipment[]

  • Uniform: Krill wore a white polka-dotted wax denim uniform with bright red goggles that protected his identity and cemented his supervillain status.
  • Gauntlets: On each wrist, Krill wore gauntlets that glowed and assisted him in the projection of his weaponized polka-dots.
  • Controller Belt: Most, if not all, of Abner's dots are controlled by his belt which holds a universal controller.
  • Polka Dots: When attached to his costume, the dots are connected to wiring in his costume, keeping them inert. Once removed, they would activate, enlarging in size and becoming various devices. These include buzz-saws dots, flare dots, and teleportation devices.
    • Flying Dot: Abner's getaway vehicles include a flying polka dot and a large floating sphere. These are concealed in the dots on his costume.
    • Flying Buzzsaw Dot: A red polka dot designed as a projectile. The dot had a rotating interior mechanism upon which a circular saw blade was mounted.
    • Flying Saucer Dot: A yellow polka dot which expanded rapidly into a flat, man-sized glider.
    • Sun Dot: A gold polka dot gimmicked to resemble a model of the sun and emitted a blinding, disorienting light similar to a flare.
    • Bubble Dot: A white polka dot which expanded into a translucent capsule capable of flight.
    • Fist Dots: Red, orange, and yellow dots designed to be thrown at once and gimmicked to resemble human fists. When bounced off opponents at close range and in concert, these dots could produce concussive effects.
    • Hole Dot: A black polka dot that opened up to be a teleportation transport system.
    • Self-Destruct Mechanism: Rigged the gimmicked dots with a self-destruct mechanism that automatically engaged after they had served their intended purpose.

Weaknesses[]

  • Power Limitation: Due to the nature of Abner's condition, if he did not expel the dots twice a day, they would build up in his body to the point that they would devour him internally, killing him.
  • Mental Disorder: Abner suffered from severe psychological trauma stemming from his mother's experimentation on him and his siblings, as well as watching several of his siblings die as a result of said experimentation. This trauma resulted in his quiet, soft-spoken and awkward demeanor.
  • Died in a battle against the Human Flame.
  • Defeated by cop Harvey Bullock.
  • Became an alcoholic.
