~ Metal Sonic

Background[]

Created by the evil genius Dr. Eggman, Metal Sonic was designed to accomplish what Eggman had failed to do - defeat Sonic the Hedgehog. Metal was meant to be not just Sonic the Hedgehog's equal, but surpass him. Using a custom chipset and A.I. developed by Dr. Eggman, the doctor devoted much more attention to Metal than any of the other members in his robot army. With Metal Sonic at his side, Dr. Eggman set his sights on the mysterious Little Planet that appears over Never Lake only one month out of the year.

When Sonic and Metal first met, they had promised a race at Stardust Speedway. When Sonic reached Metal they began their race, with the loser ramming into a wall and getting killed by Eggman's Egg Mobiles laser. Despite Sonic's victory over his blue steel nemesis, it wouldn't be the end of Metal Sonic there, as Eggman would recover Metal's CPU and then later his body. He was rebuilt, stronger, faster, and would continue to do so until Metal Sonic would beat Sonic and prove he is the real Sonic.

Powers & Abilities[]

  • Robotic Physique: Being one of Eggman's greatest creations, Metal Sonic possess impressive physical prowess out of all his known Super Badniks. Metal's speed and strength are on par with his organic counterparts; Sonic the Hedgehog. Metal is built with telescopic limbs, sharp claws, and articulated joints with 360 degree rotation.
  • Adaptive Intellect: Metal Sonic's main CPU is a Custom LIPS A.I. Eggman Chip w/ a Neo Super DFX Chip as a sub CPU. This setup is connected to all of Metal's major key body components & govern his power control system. Metal also has Next Risk Chip Series III, with 8 basic loading ports in each eye unit, thus utilizes RGB imaging any optical areas. All of this combined has lead Metal to become self-aware and rebellious.
  • Armor Composition: Metal Sonic armored frame is composed of Monocoque Titanium w/ Reinforced Blue Metal Tektite. This makes Metal durable enough to tank numerous blows and still able to continue on fighting.
  • Unlimited Stamina: Metal Sonic's main engine is a 250 cc, 4-valve Organ Fusion Engine w/ an energy core of a Tesla Power Coil. This setup has a standard power output of 55ps/6800rpm at a torque of 7.54Kg-m/4000rpm, while being supplied by a constant production of 256 kW of electricity via electromagnetic induction, making it so Metal can continue on without stopping for a recharge.
  • Flight Propulsion: Metal Sonic's main engine that makes up his torso is outfitted with turbine-based jet function with a back-mounted rocket thruster that lets Metal Sonic fly and keep up with Sonic’s speed. He also has jet-boosters installed at the bottom of his "Shoes".
  • Attacks & Techniques: Metal Sonic is equipped with special weaponry when combatting opponents.
    • V. Maximum Overdrive: Metal Sonic overloads his own circuitry, creating a destructive electrical energy field. With it Metal charges forward, quadrupling his usual speed, & destroying almost everything in his path.
    • Ring Spark Field: Metal Sonic surround himself with a radioactive aura of electricity, which damages everything it touches, at the cost of temporally decreasing his mobility.
    • Plasma Pulse Laser: Metal Sonic's compression chamber was upgraded with a "Plasner" componnent. This allows Metal's turbine to become a chest laser, that charges up to fire a highly powerful plasma energy beam.
    • Black Shield: Metal Sonic projects an impenetrable black outlined & indigo-colored octahedral shield that virtually protects himself from all harm.
  • Electrokinesis: Upon absorbing a Mysterious Mystic Orb, Metal Sonic gained the ability to psychically generate and manipulate electricity. Metal can shoot blasts of lightning bolts, throw electric orbs, or create walls of electricity.
  • Shapeshifting: Somehow, Metal managed to alter his metallic body structure at will, allowing him to full change his shape to whatever he decides, similar to T-1000's Mimitic Polyalloy: Liquid Metal. He's even been able to alter his sctructural appearance to impersonate other's like Sonic & Eggman.
  • Chaos Emerald Radar: Metal Sonic has a built-in radar to search for Chaos Emeralds and there energy.
  • Copycat System: By observing an opponents abilities and/or techhniques even once, he can scan & copy the data of others, flawlessly replicating their abilities, move and wha not to add to his ever-evolving skill set.
    • Sonic Boom: Turns Metal Sonic into a living projectile, blasting past enemies in a blue aura.
    • Chaos Control: Lets Metal Sonic stop time & space temporarily and also allows him to resist Chaos Control used by other users
    • Chaos Spear: Fires a spear-shaped energy bolt of Chaos energy.
    • Bat Guard: Metal Sonic creates artificial bats that can either shield him, or be launched as projectiles.
    • Chroma Camo: Makes Metal Sonic invisible and intangible.
    • ESP "Psychic Control": Releases a dome of green psychokinetic energy in all directions that affects opponents in the area, also confuses the opponents sense of direction.
    • Hammer Punch: Punches the ground so hard that it makes an earthquake that stuns the opponent, it is so strong, it even affects opponents in the air.
    • Knuckle Slam: Punches the ground so hard that a red barrier surrounds him for a few seconds.
  • Sonic-based Techniques: Being a robotic copy of Sonic, Metal Sonic is capable of preforming various moves that are well known of the Blue Blur.
    • Spin Attack: Metal Sonic can use the famous Spin Attack, which lets him use a variety of different techniques while rolled up into a ball.
    • Homing Attack: Metal Sonic slams into the opponent curled into a ball while homing in on them.
    • Spin Dash: Metal Sonic rolls himself along the ground at high speeds, crashing into anything in the way. He can also jump while doing this.
    • Spin Jump: Metal Sonic jumps into the air while curled into a ball, hitting enemies who are in the way.
    • Jump Dash: Metal Sonic curls into a ball while in midair and launches himself forward for a quick burst of speed. He also knows a variant of this called the Air Dash, where he dashes forward a short distance and has enough power to destroys blocks.
    • Light Speed Attack: Homes into a target, before turning into a ball, and striking him.
    • Light Speed Dash: Allows the user to travel along a trail of Rings at light speed, even in mid-air.

Alternate Forms[]

Metal Sonic Kai[]

By absorbing a gigantic Dark Ring, Metal transforms into the gargantuan, crimson, Metal Sonic Kai. Metal Sonic Kai is upgrade tremendously, allowing him to fire a bigger and stronger Plasma Pulse Laser and has separated body parts to attack his opponents.

Giga Metal Sonic[]

By absorbing the Phantom Ruby, Metal transforms in Giga Metal.

Neo Metal Sonic[]

With the power of a Chaos Energy and/or enough copied data from his enemies, Metal can become Neo Metal Sonic. In this state Metal's abilities begin to sky rocket to a point where Eggman realized that he was losing control over Metal.

Super Neo Metal Sonic[]

By using the immense powers like the Master Emerald, Neo Metal Sonic goes Super with a golden aura and paint job, along with new fond power that skyrockets.

Metal Madness[]

After copying Team Sonic, Team Dark, Team Rose, Team Chaotix, and Chaos’s data through Chocola and Froggy, as well as adding on large amounts of scrap metal to his body, Metal Sonic attempted to turn into his ultimate form, Metal Overlord. He, however, first turned into the incomplete Metal Madness. In this form, he becomes gigantic and looks like a dragon. He also has new attacks. He is able to launch the spines on his back as missiles that can track the opponent, and when they hit the ground, they will sprout into indestructible sharp spike formations which will shatter automatically after some time, use his right hand to produce a powerful and large column of fire, shoot his claws as missiles which traps his enemies in crystal cages (his claws will automatically regenerate afterwards) with his left hand, and swipe opponents with his large tail. His weak spots in this form are the glowing markers on the left, right, and front side of his lower body.

Metal Overlord[]

With enough copied energy and the power of chaos, Neo Metal Sonic can become the aerial Metal Overlord. Metal Overlord gains the ability to fly, fire homing missiles, shoot plasma beams, and crystal missiles strong enough to restrain Super Sonic for a few seconds.

Master Overlord[]

After he lost his super state by Shadow, he was able copy his abilities. With the Master Emerald and Shadow, Sonic, and Knuckles Bio-data he transformed into a giant metal dragon with the Master Emerald on his chest.
