Kaguya Ōtsutsuki is an antagonist from the Shonen Jump series Naruto. She is one of the final villains Naruto has to face and she was the first person to gain Chakra.
Godly Physiology: Kaguya has god-like powers, she is able to manipulate the weather, hop through dimensions and can evade anything like detection. She can also fly with it.
Chakra: Kaguya was the very first person to gain chakra. Chakra is a form of spiritual energy that can act like a source of power to living things. Kaguya is a powerful user of it, as it is very immeasurable and can absorb chakra sources as well as chaning form to her will.
All-Killing Ash Bone: Also known as Murderous Ash Bone, it is a close range and a long range attack and that it can act like a projectile that can kill targets on contact. She can fire multiple ones and is a one hit kill move, as it can turn opponents into ash. The move also allows to negate healing factor.
Temporal Paralysis Technique: Kaguya can stun her opponents or victims at place.
