Freyja is the main antagonist of Book 4 of Fire Emblem Heroes.
Background[]
Freyja is the younger sister of Freyr and the queen of Dökkálfheimr, the nightmare realm. When Freyja was young, she was shy and compassionate, but many mocked her for having a mark on the underside of her nose. Of course, as an older brother, Freyr comforted her, but it made her smile to herself and worry only about him. It also made her develop an immense hatred for mortals and despise her brother's love for them.
Powers & Abilities[]
- Superhuman Physique
- Nightmares: Freyja can create nightmares to fight for her. They are born from the fears of the people, and her opponents.
- The Dream World: This realm is created from the structure of dreams. As long as one has the innocence of a child, one can dream freely in this realm. With Freyr's power, she has complete control over this realm. However, even without her power, she still has control over half the kingdom.
- Dream Nectar: Freyja's dream nectar has several functions, such as making others fall in love and turning others into alfr if they drink its nectar.
- Memory Manipulation: Can restore someone's forgotten memories as well as erase them.
- Sleep Manipulation: Can force others to sleep and stay asleep while she's alive. Dream World can make others dream inside her dreams.
- Healing
- Resurrection: Able to revive others, however, it costs your life.
Equipment[]
- Nightmare Horn: Freyja's personal attack method, she fires a dark aura at her opponent through her horns. This increases your speed and allows you to counterattack from any distance.
- Brisingamen: Freyja wears this necklace around her. With it, she can place a curse that robs her target of all powers.
Alternate Forms[]
Freyja can assume an animal form that allows her to use her Nightmare Horn to attack enemies, in addition to being slightly stronger.

Strength[]
- When transformed, its attack is increased, allowing it to fire much stronger attacks against enemies using its Nightmare Horn.
Speed[]
- Can keep enemies in Lost Lore, who can dodge lightning attacks
Durability[]
- It takes about half damage when your enemies attack it.

- Healed Plumeria's wings.
- With Freyr's power, she has complete control over all dreams and reality.
Weaknesses[]
- She loves her brother Freyr, and loves him most of all.
- If Brisingamen's current victim dies, she will lose her powers.
- Freyja detests mortals and would rather torture them than kill them immediately.
- Without Freyr's power, dreams and reality separate and she cannot affect reality.
