Ermes Costello is a core ally from Part 6 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. She is a Mexican-American woman bent on avenging her dead sister.
Background[]
Daughter to a poor Mexican immigrant father, Ermes lived ran a small store with her sister and her father. After her father died, the siblings ran the establishment, albeit poorly. One night, her sister Gloria was spotted by a homicidal car salesman named Sports Maxx in order to protect Ermes from being seen by the murderer. Gloria was murdered by Sports Maxx, but he was arrested and sent to Green Dolphin Street Jail for tax evasion.
In order to avenge her innocent sister, Ermes commited armed robbery on purpose so that she would get thrown into jail as well.
Once she was locked in prison, she met Jolyne Cujoh, who helped her track down the man responsible for her sister's murder.
Powers & Abilities[]
- Stand - Kiss: A close-range power-type Stand with strength comparable to Jolyne's Stone Free. Its main ability is to produce stickers that, once placed onto an object, create a copy of it. Once the sticker is pulled off of the original object, the copy will fly back towards the original and merge back together, causing a lot of damage. This can be used to knock Stand Discs out of a Stand User's head, rendering them unable to use their Stands.
