Eiji Hino (火野 映司, Hino Eiji) . He is a 21-year-old traveler who transforms into Kamen Rider OOO (仮面ライダー, Kamen Raidā Ōzu), later briefly mutating into the Eiji Greeed (映司グリード, Eiji Gurīdo). Ten years later, he temporarily transformed into Kamen Rider Goda (仮面ライダーゴーダ, Kamen Raidā Gōda).
early life[]
Eiji Hino was the son of a politician who traveled around the world with his grandfather. During his time in Africa, Eiji helped third-world communities and befriend a girl named Ruu, whom was unfortunately collateral damage in a civil war between villages. As Eiji was in the village at the time, he was captured by enemy forces and held captive for ransom. His family paid for his released and his tragedy was used to gain public support for his father's political platform. Though Eiji refers to his moment has his greatest regret, this ordeal caused him to become void of any selfish desire become willing to help those in need, even going so far to risk his life for complete strangers.
Becoming Kamen Rider OOO[]
He returned to Japan to fund for more of his travels. His latest part-time job, a security guard at the Kougami Art Museum, ends due to the destruction of the museum around him due to him being drugged to sleep by some would-be robbers. Eiji takes a strange red coin he found while off duty which he thinks is his pay. This causes a disembodied arm to begin to follow him around, until the arm announces that it is called Ankh and is one of the ancient beings known as the Greeed, and he needs Eiji's help to become King. When they are attacked by a monster called a Yummy, Eiji risks his life to rescue Ankh, who in return saves him and gives Eiji two more strange coins, calling them "Medals", and a belt, enabling Eiji to transform into Kamen Rider OOO.

Former Powers[]
- Greeed Physiology: From Eiji's selfless nature, the Purple Core Medals chose him as a Core Sarcophagus Uncontrollable. During his mutation as a Greeed, Eiji slowly developed the traits of Greeeds, gaining superhuman powers and abilities.
- Greeed Transformation: When Eiji has purple Core Medals within his body, he can transform into his Greeed form.
- Danger Protection: Whenever Eiji is nearly defeated as OOO, the purple Core Medals will pop off from his body and transform him to OOO Putotyra Combo.
- Yummy Creation: Being a Greeed himself, Eiji can hypothetically create Yummies by placing a Cell Medal into a Medal Insert Slot. Like Giru, instead of using humans to make Yummies, his versions would be made using inanimate objects that represent the end of a desire, such as broken dreams. Eiji, however, never demonstrated this ability.
- Aerokinesis: Eiji can fire a purple wind-like attack.
- Symbiosis ESP: Sharing the same type of Core Medals, Eiji gained a symbiotic connection with Maki. The two can detect each other's presence, as well as influence their Greeed instincts to a degree.
- Core Sarcophagus (Uncontrollable): Like a typical Greeed, Eiji can store Cell Medals inside his body, with each serving as an additional power source for him.
- Singularity Point: Eiji temporarily became a Singularity Point when riding on the DenLiner, being unaffected by time paradoxes.
Abilities[]
- Expert Martial Artist: Initially, Eiji struggled as a Kamen Rider, having little to no combat experience. From the battles he fought against the Greeed menace though, Eiji's fighting instincts had been highly stimulated, allowing him to fight on equal footing against the five original Greeeds, Maki, and Poseidon as OOO. Even without transforming, Eiji proved capable of fighting several Kuzu Yummies at once with ease, somehow bypassing their immense resilience.
Former Weaknesses[]
- Power Strain: Full Combos (that is, three from the same set) are incredibly taxing on Eiji's body, as they embody the full power of the corresponding Greeed. Tajadol in particular is more taxing on him than other Full Combos to the point that prolonged use will cause him to collapse while transformed. However, Eiji has developed a resistance over time, as he was capable of using all of the combos at his disposal and their individual Scanning Charges in quick succession, as seen with his lack of fatigue as early as Movie War Mega Max.
- Purple Core Medals: Due to the nature of Putotyra and its Core Medals, Eiji cannot handle the effects of the medals that completely mutated him into a Greeed, causing him to berserk.

As Kamen Rider OOO, Eiji has access to a variety of abilities depending on which Core Medals he uses. For example, he can gain the strength of a gorilla, the speed of a cheetah, or the flight abilities of a hawk. He also has a powerful finishing move called the "BuraKaWani Combo," which combines the strength of a cobra, the jumping ability of a grasshopper, and the durability of a crocodile.
Throughout the series, Eiji battles the evil forces of the Greeed, a group of monster-like beings who seek to consume the desires of humans in order to become stronger. Along the way, he forms alliances with other Kamen Riders and learns the true meaning of heroism.
