Doctor Polaris is a super villain from DC Comics.
Background[]
Once renown as a physician as he won a public acclaim by creating miracle cures by the use of magnetism. Constant use of this eventually caused his mind to split into two. It is then he created a costume and made weapons that generated magnetic energy thus becoming a criminal known as Doctor Polaris.
