Victor "Vic" Stone AKA Cyborg is the cybernetic hero of DC Comics.
Background[]
Powers & Abilities[]
- Cybernetic Enhancement: Cyborg possesses cybernetic enhancements that provide superhuman strength, endurance and durability. Cyborg can also interface with computers. Built into his body-armor are an infrared eye, computer generator, sound amplifier/white noise cannon, and special programming adapters that allowed him to interface with other body extensions.
- The Grid: Vic, alongside Batman, created a program to prevent himself from being distracted while on duty, because he is constantly bombarded with endless influx data streaming into his system. The program selectively focuses on high-priority items and filters out other received data. This app helps him to create a complete database of every metahuman/superhuman on Earth.
- Superhuman Strength: Vic's cybernetics afford him greater strength than the average human and in some cases few extraterrestrials. Initially able to bench 5 tons at his peak, constant upgrades to his system has caused it to fluctuate over time.
- Superhuman Stamina:
- Superhuman Durability: His bones are reinforced with molybdenum-steel while his outer body is laden with Promethium skin grafts.
- Energy Resistance:
- Superhuman Speed:
- Jump Jets: At his request Dr. Silas Stone installed Jump Jets so that wouldn't be so dependent of Boom Tubes. Apparently the Jump Jets provides the ability to super-jump over large distances.
- Flight: An addition to his jumping capability enables self propelled motion.
- Superhuman Sensory Array: Due cybernetic enhancements Stone's five senses were increased to superhuman levels.
- Enhanced Hearing:
- Enhanced Vision:
- Tracking/Homing Systems:
- Physiological/Medical Scanners:
- Mechanokinesis:
- Computer Interfacing:
- Shape-Shifting: He can reshape parts of his body into various weapons and technological equipment. His arsenal includes a finger laser attachment, telescopic eyepiece, sonic disruptor, electric shockers, laser cannons, ice cannons, grappling hooks, winches and electromagnetic pulse cannons.
- Energy Projection:
- Fatherbox: During his transition into a Cyborg, Victor had assimilated a fatherbox from Darkseid's invading forces.
- Boom Tubes: Cyborg has the ability to open boom-tubes to and from most any point towards anywhere, be it in the universe or the multiverse, but it isn't perfect however due to the amount of mass weighing heavily upon transport capability; for every one in a thousand jumps can accidentally lead him straight to Apokolips.
- Hush Tubes: After having tinkered with his internal workings, Victor has found a way to promenade undetectable transport. Its effects are such that not even Superman can detect them.
- Technorganic Restoration: Cyborg showcases self-regenerative capabilities as not only are his technological parts able to reintegrate after destruction but recently, his damaged flesh has also been shown regenerating beneath and around his cybernetic systems.
- Resurrection: Once, after an encounter with a deadly alien race, Cyborg's body was viciously ripped apart with him left for dead and dying soon afterwards. Then a new systems function kicked in, restoring him to life again and even reintegrating old flesh with the new circuitry on his being.
- Force Field: He can use the motherbox or fatherbox to create a protective shield around him
- Body Resistance: The nature of Cyborg's body provides him with natural body armor offering resistance versus energy attacks.
- Sensor Systems: Cyborg has optic, thermal and motion sensors just to name a few.
- Adaptive Countermeasures: Cyborg's systems are capable of fabricating and initializing any number of technological adaptations to deal with any adversary he comes across. E.I. creating synthetic kryptonite for Kryptonians, absorbing and redistributing energy for a phasing Martian. Even creating an anti-possession frequency against an overshadowed opponent, like Jericho.
- Material Assimilation: Cyborg can consciously integrate new forms of machines and cybernetics into his own bionic physiology in order to further enhance himself.
- Power Absorption: Vic's bionic components have the ability to siphon the powers of others within close proximity.
- Multiversal Force Manipulation: After completely merging with his Mother Box, Cyborg became a conduit for the entire multiverse. This allows Victor to draw power from its energies.
- Cosmic Awareness: Boasting a vast, cosmological type of positioning system allows Cyborg to navigate the infinite possibilities of existence.
- Dimensional Travel: Cyborg is capable of transporting himself and others into hypertime from a direct angle, something even the Flash couldn't use the Speed Force to do.
- Flight-Field Projection: He can use the energies his upgrades provide to sheathe others in an oxygenated environment aura to fly along side himself.
- Interstellar Travel:
- Magic: Cyborg learned a bit of rudimentary magic from Zatanna.
- Multiverse Empowerment: Cyborg can draw on the energies of the Multiverse itself through use of Element X to make himself and his tech stronger.
- Psychic Link:
- Technis Physiology: For a brief time Victor was assimilated into the technomorphic species of living computers called the Technis race. Through them his core essence was assimilated into their vast digitized sentience network which afforded him a host of unique supertropical attributes which made Vic that much more powerful than ever before.
- Technomorphing:
- Electronic Consciousness:
- Stasis Field Projection:
- Omegadrome Union: On his return to Earth, Cyberion had his consciousness of Vic Stone transferred into Minions Omegadrome alien armor. A shapeshifting liquid metal body comprising of incredibly advanced alien technology. Adapting the suit to his own usage he was able to change and morph his own bodies physical semblance however he saw fit, after having assimilated a clone body created for him. Cyborg now could physically retain his ability to take human form as well as change back into Cyborg shape without effort at will.
- Metamorphosis:
- Elasticity:
- Mechanical Constructs:
- Techno-Empathy:
- Metamorphosis:
- Genius Level Intellect: In addition to his mechanical enhancements, Stone possesses an "exceptionally gifted" level of intelligence; his IQ has been measured at 170.
- Athletics: Vic was an accomplished high school football player, winning many games for his school's team, who was being scouted.
- Expert Combatant: Victor has received combat training from Batman and Wonder Woman.
- Boxing: Cyborg is a four-time Golden Gloves winner.
- Multilingualism: Cyborg has knowledge of American Sign Language.
Equipment[]
- Motherbox Technology: Capable of allowing teleportation of himself and others anywhere in the universe.
- White Noise Cannon: Capable of emitting high-decibel sonic blasts.
- Ultrasonic Cannon: Capable of mimicking any sound frequency, even those capable of affecting Kryptonians.
- Electricity Cannon:
- Ice Beam Cannon:
- Laser Cannons: Capable of firing large blasts or rapid fire shots.
- Force Field Generators: Capable of protecting himself or projected from his arm to protect others.
- EMP Emitter:
- Sonic Emitters:
- Rocket Powered Jet Propulsion System: Capable of flying at massively hypersonic speeds.
- Advanced Targeting Systems:
- Internal Scanners: Possessing X-Ray Vision, Telescopic Vision, Microscopic Vision, and a Medical Scanners. Can develop and project advanced 3.D. Maps from his mind. Can scan and track Electromagnetic Pulses. Can trace and identify energy signatures, Can track Temporal, Antimatter and Gravitational Energy. Has traced and identified Bleed Energy, and mapped space-time fractures across the universe.
- Sonar Implants: Can listen to specific sounds miles away from his location.
Feats[]
Strength[]
- Cyborg has on more than one occasion claimed he can fire “1 million decibels” of white sound, which is such a ludicrous number that it would tear apart the universe, so it is dubious on that alone, but he is capable of harming DC’s powerhouses with this technology.
- Dismantled a door designed to hold Doomsday.
- Equaled combat against Shazam, as well as draw blood.
- Can take hits from Mammoth.
- Can tear down a dam with only a couple hits.
- Once swung a 4-story building at Plasmas like a bat (48 trillion tons of force).
- His Boom Tubes can become large enough to eclipse entire planets.
Speed[]
- He's fast enough to reach the Watchtower in under 4 minutes, which is a satellite that floats around the Earth's orbit, and one of the Justice League's main HQ's (930 mph/over the speed of sound).
- Once clocked in flying at 333,540 mph.
- His reaction time is matched to that of the Justice League super computer, that calculates things up to the attosecond (the fastest possible to time that humans can proceed).
Durability[]
- Survived a massive blast from Power Ring's... Power Ring... who is basically evil Green Lantern from an alternate universe.
- Survived the destruction of the Watchtower.
Skills[]
- His hacking is powerful enough to:
- Hack the Watchtower from an ATM machine!
- Hack into every single computer in the world (If we were to highball all the world's computers, cellphones, and any other tech used, you can use the world's senses as a base and go from there. There are about 7 billion people on earth, and typically every household has at least one computer, TV, phone, console, etc. So, if we were to highball that, at that minimum, Cyborg would be able to hack well over 30 trillion electronics at once)!
- Hack into Kryptonian technology!
- Hack a Green Lantern Ring... the one ring can create basically anything based on the wearers imagination!
- Fought Shazam, Mammoth, Plasmas, Cinderblock, Trigon, and Atlas.
- Defeated his clone, Grid, by hacking into the Dark Web!
Weaknesses[]
- Vulnerability to Magic: Both its mechanical and physical parts can be affected by magic. During a battle against the Fearsome Five part of his body was transformed into liquid metal by Jinx.
- Vulnerable to Hacking: Despite being made of highl advance technology, he lacks any sort of software protection. This even happened when a simple virus, made by a random nerd, easily took over his systems.
- Mind Control: Apparently his cybernetic part doesn't provide resistance against mental control be it telepathic or psionic in nature.
- Has 35 Weak points on his body.
- Missing Eye:
