Snowball Fighting: Buddy is skilled at snowball fighting, ale to single-handedly win against a horde of kids, he can generally make his targets, even when they are far away and running.
Toy Making: He´s skilled at making Christmas decorations and toys, considering his upbringing as an elf this shouldn´t be a surprise.
Stealth: Buddy is a really stealthy elf, managing to hide from mall security in a toy store overnight, while also decorating the entire store so that he could blend in.
Skilled Public Brawler: He´s managed his own in public confrontations, like when he fought a Mall Santa Claus.
Size Manipulation: In the musical, Buddy has the ability to change and manipulate size, whether it be his own size or the size of others, he can grow to the size of the Empire State Building, or shrink down to the size of a snowflake.
Levitation: To further into his weirdness in the musical, Buddy seems to have some light levitation powers, partially because he´s a cartoon character now, he can walk on clouds, which is a potential extension of this ability.
