Princess Bloom is the main protagonist of the Winx Club. She is the fairy of the Dragon Flame and the second princess of Domino as well as it's Guardian Fairy of her hometown.

Background[]
When she was a baby her kingdom was attacked by the forces of evil who destroyed Domino by turning it into a frozen abandoned planet. Crown Princess Daphne sent her sister to Earth to protect her as well as the Dragon's Flame. Bloom was found in a burning building and was rescued by a firefighter named Mike he and his wife Vanessa who is a florist adopted her.
Bloom lived an ordinary life until she saw Stella getting attacked by an ogre and some ghouls. After warding them off and saving Stella she convinced Bloom to enroll at Alfea College for Fairies due to her mystical powers. Bloom accepts and meets her newfound friends Flora, Tecna, Musa and later in season two Aisha. Under the tutelage of Alfea's greatest teachers and with the help of her friends she slowly learns her fairy powers, facing challenges and trials of her new heritage as she discovers her true origins as time passes she eventually becomes one of the strongest fairies in the Magic Dimension.
Powers & Abilities[]
- Dragon's Flame: It is a magical power formed by a spark of the Great Dragon. This power is able to bring balance to the powers of darkness. While Bloom mainly uses her powers to bombard her opponents with fireballs in varying intensity and size, she soon learns to ignite large wildfires and control dangerous infernos by thought. Other related abilities are throwing blasts of heat energy, using fire as shields and force fields, causing objects to become soft and melt, shooting beams of orange energy, and using fire to fly. The Dragon's Flame can also heal the wounded, the dying, and those who have been put under evil spells (including the bearer themselves). She can also give her friends a fragment of her power to transform themselves into Bloomix fairies.
Alternate Forms[]
- Enchantix: This is final form in a fairy's formal educational journey to become a fully fledged fairy. Enchantix allows fairies to use Fairy Dust to miniaturize, break dark spells, and various other things.
- Believix: This form is stronger than Enchantix. Believix enables a fairy to reach the heart of the people and their feelings. It gives the fairy new energy and the power to heal whoever is in need. Believix comes with four types of wings: the standard wings, and Speedix, Zoomix, and Tracix wings. However this form is also less effective on underwater.
- Sirenix: This fairy form is an ancient power that was born of the magic of the oceans, Sirenix grants its possessor access to the Infinite Ocean and gives fairies the ability to use their magic easier on underwater.
- Mythix: This fairy form gives its users the ability to enter the Legendarium World through their Ancenstral Wands, and also the ability to teleport themselves in and out of the Legendarium World. However, one must not stay in the Legendarium World for too long, or else they will become fictional characters themselves, stuck in the pages of the Legendarium.
- Butterflix: As the essence of the nature, this fairy form grants its users nature-based power. However, it cannot damage nature itself.
- Cosmix: This fairy form is the power of the cosmos and originates from light. Cosmix allows the Winx to give back light to all the dying stars cores. The power also lets the girls close/destroy the traversing black holes. They also leave colorful light trails in the sky.
