Biollante is a plant-based kajiu that had a major part in the movie Godzilla vs. Biollante.
Background[]
After the attack of Godzilla in 1985, so did Japan retained cells of Godzilla for research. One of the scientists who got the job of researching the cells was Dr. Shiragami. Shiragami were interested in infusing the cells with plants in Saradia to make the country fruitful. That gave him a lot of political enemies, some going so far to even bomb his lab. In that explosion so did Shiragami's daughter Erika die, and with the sadness from his daughter death, so did he infuse his daughter cells with a flower to keep her alive. Once the flower began to die so did he implant Godzilla's cells so keep it alive. It kind of backfired and created Biollante.
Powers & Abilities[]
- Vines: Biollante has vines that comes from her body with mouths razor sharp toothed mouths that can spit a green liquid at the end.
- Undestroyable Spirit: Even when her body gets destroyed so can she escape that body with her spirit that is represented by golden spores and can easily recreate a new body.
- Burrowing: Biollante can submerge herself or her vines beneath the ground and burrow at considerable speeds.
- Acid Sap: A powerful, corrosive acid spray fired from Biollante's mouth.
- Regeneration: Due to possessing Godzilla cells, Biollante can regenerate and heal wounds. Severed parts of her can also regenerate into new Biollantes. Dr. Shiragami says this is what makes Biollante immortal.
Alternate Forms[]
- Final Form: Her second form she created after her initial form got destroyed, which is much bigger and more monstrous. In this form so does she retain the abilities of her past form and she gains a giant mouth that can spit out an continues stream of radioactive sap.

- Could drag Godzilla to herself and could pull him over in her Rose form.
- Tore Kamacurases apart with her tendrils.
- Can support her own weight with her vines.

- Able to support the weight of other Kaiju in her jaws.

- Was Godzilla's first major foe in the Heisei series, and is only one of two Heisei kaiju to survive her movie alongside Mothra.

- At the end of GvB, Biollante's spores head into space, and it is then theorized that some were sucked into a black hole, exposed to supernova energy, and fused with crystal organisms, making SpaceGodzilla.
