- Enhanced Hearing: Able to heal faster from minor to moderate injuries than ordinary humans, he tanked bites and scratches from a pack of wolves, and healed within three or four days.
- Enhanced Senses: All fire of his sense are animal keen, he tracked down Belle in the woods by scent and sound, unfortunatly, his sight and small can be drowned out by certain weather conditions, like a particularly deadly blizzard.
- Stealth: The Beast is adapt at stealth, he keeps himself hidden without anyone being able to detect him.
- Skilled Hunter: Was skilled with firearms and was presumably a hunter, although, his actions during hunting were closer to poaching than true hunting.
- Learned Reader/Scholar: He was shown to be extremely studious and a gifted reader, once admitted that at one point books meant more to him than anything else in the world. Due to the psychological nature of the curse, he largely forgot how to do so, and was left unable to physically handle books due to his claws shredding the books.
- Horseback Riding: As a kid, he was shown to be skilled at horseback riding, however, he was unkind and cold to his steed, eventually resulting in it escaping.
- Indomintable Will: Shown to possess an exceptionally strong willpower, he managed to completely survive the destruction of his homeworld to the Heartless intact. Traveled over to the Hollow Bastion without any apparent use of either transportation abilities or any Gummi Ships.
Equipment[]
- Claws and Fangs: As... well... a beast. He comes pre-equipted with razor sharp claws and fangs, they enable him to rip through thick rugs and curtains. They let him smash objects such as oak furniture when enraged with ease, they also allow him to climb up and down the stone walls of his castle, and can bite down and hold objects like a predator.
- Horns: He's got sharp horns on his head, though they are never seen being used, it's safe to say they are used for ramming foes.

- Can pick up and carry full grown men.
- Lifted and threw large oak wood furniture when enraged, including banquet tables, and Forte's keyboard.
- Allows him to leap several feat in a single bound.
- Able to destroy furniture in a single chop.
Speed[]
- Able to move faster than any ordinary human.
- Has been seen running into the woods (on two different occasions), and arriving just in time to save Belle.
- Able to climb up walls and evade punches and blows from weapons.
Durability[]
- Slightly more durable than normal humans.
- Took attackss from a pack of wolves.
- Survived being shot by Gaston's arrow.
- Been blasted by Forte's magical energy.
- Although he felt great pain and was knocked down from these attacks.
Skills[]
- One of Disney's most unpredictable characters.
- Defeated a pack of wolves.
- Survived being in icy cold water and walking back to his castle in the cold winter weather within a few hours.
- Took stabs from Gaston.
- Defeated Gaston in hand-to-hand combat, and only got stabbed because he wasn't paying attention to him.
Weaknesses[]
- He is extremely short tempered.
- Can be overprotective of Belle.
- Can still die from fatal wounds like a normal person.
