Batman (The Devastator)

Background

On Earth -1, Superman suddenly became murderous with no discernible reason. The world's heroes held out hope that they could possibly cure Superman or break through to the man they believed he was. After weeks of this, Superman murdered his wife, Lois, and Batman had decided to stop his former friend. Ultimately, in resignation and betrayal, he infected himself with a strain of the Doomsday virus.

Using his newfound abilities, Batman proceeded to beat down and kill Superman. After this, he was approached by the Batman Who Laughs. The leader of the Dark Knights convinced him to join Barbatos' invasion of the Multiverse by offering the opportunity to "save" it from Superman.

Equipment

• Doomsday Virus: The Devastator is capable of spreading the Doomsday Virus, which transforms its victims into versions of Doomsday. Devastator does this in his belief that this will strengthen the world and give people the power needed to "save" them from Superman. According to the Devastator, the infection only takes minutes to complete and that each of the infected would be capable of killing Superman.
  • Transformation: Devastator has shown the capability to transform back and forth between his human and Doomsday states at will.
    • Regeneration: Batman regrew a new arm to replace his severed one when he became the Devastator.
    • Adaptation Manipulation: Like all Doomsdays, The Devastator is able to spontaneously adjust his physiology in order to maximize it's own advantage. Unlike typical Doomsday's however; Bruce can actively capitalize on the metamorphic faculties of his transformations, having tailored his powers to the weaknesses of his Earth's Superman by generating kryptonite radiation from his breath alongside Doomsday Virus spores, making the killing blow much more effective.
      • Bone Protrusions & Manifestations: Like the original Doomsday, the Devastator is covered spikey bones protruding from his body. He is capable of using the jagged spikes on his fists as weapons. He is even capable of creating such material from the ground around him.
      • Radiation Production: Devastator can breathe Kryptonite mist at will.
    • Toxikinesis: Like The Prime Earth Doomsday, The Devastator can freely manipulate his own toxic spoor's as a tool for tactile use. Like a weapon or a conversion agent.
      • Infection: The Devastator can convert others around him into doomsday clones loyal to him and Barbartos.
    • Summoning: Devastator can summon spikes of his being from the ground at any time.
    • Superhuman Durability
    • Superhuman Speed: Devastator is as fast as Superman.
    • Superhuman Strength: Bruce in his Devastator form is powerful enough to trade blows with, injure and draw blood from a Kryptonian and a Czarnian with ease. He was able to throw a 250 lbs. man 150,000,000 kilometers into the sun.
  • Flight: The Devastator can fly under his own power with or without the doomsday transformation.

• Diminished Intellect: The longer he had the Doomsday Virus, the more the Devastator descended into unthinking destruction above all else.
