He can bend steel, punch through walls, and lift massive objects. He was able to easily kill two Viltrumites during the Battle of Viltrum. He also held his own against Nolan after his transformation.
- Superhuman Speed: Allen is capable at moving at speeds faster than Humans. He is capable of moving at light speed, with reflexes just as fast.
